Whist at TBWA Melbourne I was lucky enough to be the Creative Director of SEEK - Australia’s largest recruitment brand.As category leader, SEEK was scoring high in awareness but low in engagement — Aussies had fallen out of love with the brand.
With more and more new competitors entering the market, and an aggressive marketing surge from Linked In, we needed to be distinctive and memorable to regain the hearts and minds of Australians.
