A long-time passion project: I’m co-writing a dark comedy TV series about Klemtu, a small Canadian town with a big secret - a family of Bigfoot living in the nearby national park. The locals hate outsiders and will do whatever it takes to keep their hairy neighbors hidden.
When Perry, a former local, returns with his partner Dan, things go off the rails fast. After a late-night argument, Dan storms into the woods and quickly regrets it. Perry heads in after him... and winds up missinng. Dan’s “Bigfoot took my boyfriend” story goes viral online, and suddenly the whole world is watching the woods of Klemtu.
Can the town keep its secret? Or will the world finally find Bigfoot?
